You can be fit for life with garlic and vinegar, nature's healing cocktail.

The powerful combination of garlic and
apple cider vinegar:
Flushes
body poisons.
Melts
off ugly flab.
Lowers
blood pressure.
Garlic's extraordinary power to flush
away dangerous substances was demonstrated during a 10-month study at India's
Tagore Medical College, where Dr Arun Bordia discovered that the daily doses of
garlic drastically reduced the cholesterol and fat levels in the patients'
blood.
"We divided 62 patients into
groups," Bordia explained.
"All had coronary heart disease
together with high blood cholesterol. One group received garlic oil for 10
months. The other group did not."
After eight months, Bordia and his
colleagues checked the blood of the two groups.
"Those who took the garlic had a
welcome reduction in low density lipoproteins ... and a considerable lowering
of cholesterol.
"Both of these blood fats are risky
for the heart," Bordia said.
Studies in Japan revealed garlic's
ability to purify blood, and researchers at the State University of New York
found a chemical in the pungent bulb which keeps platelets in the blood from
clumping together and forming the deadly clots that cause heart attacks and
strokes.
Garlic can also reduce high blood
pressure, according to researchers at the University of Geneva, Switzerland. A
study revealed that taking garlic alone sharply reduced high blood pressure in
50 out of 100 patients in a mere seven days.
In another study, garlic lowered blood
pressure levels in up to 80% of the patients who took it, said Dr Ruth Yale
Long, of Houston, Texas.
Even blood sugar levels can be regulated
by taking garlic, according to world-famed nutritionist Dr Paavo Airola.
Numerous studies, he said, showed that
garlic can control both high blood sugar (diabetes) and low blood sugar
(hypoglycemia).
Experiments in West Germany proved garlic's
ability to help dieters shed unwanted pounds, according to noted nutritionist
Walter Blung.
Blung gave 20 of his patients diets
containing large amounts of garlic and was amazed at how quickly they shed
their flab, while another 20 who didn't add garlic to their menus lost weight
at a much slower rate.
"Garlic helps to give people that
full feeling," Blung said.
"It
dampens their appetites and gives food an added flavor that leaves an
aftertaste in your mouth, making you aware of your last meal."
A combination of garlic and vinegar can
give a dieter a one-two punch because apple cider vinegar is a natural ally of
any weight-loss program.
"The average weight reduction from
taking cider vinegar is one pound a week," according to Cyril Scott, a
well-known expert on nature's miraculous tonic.
"This continues until the person
reaches the right weight.'
And weight loss isn't the only benefit
apple cider vinegar provides, Scott added.
"Cider vinegar may be regarded as a
proven medicine that cures a considerable range of diseases," Scott wrote.
Thanks to its rich store of potassium,
apple cider vinegar is also a blood cleanser, and can help relieve arthritis by
its purifying action, according to Dr Jack Soltanoff, of West Hurley, New York,
a chiropractor and leading expert on natural medicine.
"Throughout the years, I have
prescribed two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar in a cup of fruit juice two
or three times a day," Soltanoff said.
Soltanoff recommended a cup at breakfast
and lunch and another at bedtime.
"I have seen many of my
joint-stiffened arthritis patients start to loosen up almost at once. Some even
call it a natural arthritis tonic that frees them from stiffness, pain, and
throbbing.
"Within a few weeks, pain-wracked
arthritic patients can perform normal activities because of this simple tonic."
Soltanoff said that most arthritis
suffering is caused by a hardening of acid crystals in the joints and tissues.
"The key to breaking down these
crystals is potassium, which is richly constituted in cider vinegar," he
explained.
The late Dr D.C. Jarvis, world-famed
pioneer in vinegar research, recommended taking the natural tonic every day
because apple cider vinegar restores the natural acid balance in the body and
can give you years of vitality and glowing good health.
You can take advantage of this simple
garlic and vinegar remedy for a host of disorders simply by taking two
tablespoons of apple cider vinegar mixed with unsweetened grapefruit juice or
water, with two 300-milligram Kyolic capsules three times a day.
Nutritionists specifically recommend
Kyolic because it is produced by freezing, which preserves garlic's healing
powers, instead of heating, which destroys them.
Those who have no difficulty with raw
garlic can add a garlic clove a day to salads, fish, or meat dishes, while
taking the apple cider vinegar separately.
Do not add the garlic until after
cooking, however, since cooking robs the pungent bulb of much of its potency.
